Payments & Cash Management Operations


ING Commercial Banking is capable of automatic processing of any amount of incoming/outgoing payment orders in local and international currencies. Our current IT infrastructure permits us to process all incoming and outgoing transactions in Rubles automatically. Our customers benefit from the enhanced speed of Ruble settlements since ING Bank (Eurasia) maintains correspondent accounts with the Central Bank of Russia and Sberbank of Russia.

ING Commercial Banking has vast experience in designing complex schemes for our clients, which involves cross-border multi-party and multi-currency transactions. Our clients benefit from the speed and administrative easiness of such schemes.

Electronic Delivery Channels


ING Commercial Banking has always been very keen on developing modern remote banking for its customers. In 1998, ING Commercial Banking was the first foreign bank to offer its clients electronic banking system, designed with account of local claims. This system, being developed and supported by a Russian software company, was able to work perfectly even on poor local telephone lines, providing our clients with the ability to deliver all payment documents to the Bank and receive account statement information.

In September 2000, ING Commercial Banking began offering to its clients an upgraded version of this reliable system, ING Client. Now this system can work in Microsoft Windows® environment system and provides our clients with a friendly, bi-lingual interface.

At the end of 2009 ING Commercial Banking has provide its clients with global system ING Online. This system represents high-speed and convenient internet-banking channel for conducting business in Russia and Central and Eastern Europe.

Retail Banking


ING Commercial Banking provides retail-banking services to employees of its corporate clients. In the summer of 1998 ING Commercial Banking has started its own proprietary cash card program to assist its corporate customers with large staff to solve their payroll problems. This program includes the installation of an ATM at the client’s office and the issuence of local ING Commercial Banking proprietary cash cards, enabling employees to withdraw their salaries through the ATM. In the summer of 2000, ING Commercial Banking in Russia was granted a Principal Membership in VISA International and in autumn 2000 Principal Membership in EUROPAY International.
In January 2001, ING Commercial Banking started issuing VISA products to employees of its corporate clients. In September 2001 the Bank started to issue VISA Business cards in RUB and hard currencies for its resident and non-resident corporate clients.

Currently, 29 ATMs are installed in clients’ offices.

Private customers may also use ING Commercial Banking retail services for making local and foreign currency payments, term deposits, etc.
