I graduated from Moscow State University of radio engineering, electronics and automation with specialization in cybernetics and All-Russian Distance Institute of Finance and Economics with specialization in Finance.
After 12 years of work in a Russian bank I was looking for a job that could provide me with more self-actualization opportunities and decided to try myself in a foreign bank. I joined ING in 2006.
I liked the fact that ING encourages all employees to bring their innovative ideas how to improve business processes to life and appreciates positive results that are achieved.
My main responsibilities include processing of exchange and non-exchange deals in 3 different banking IT-systems, department work performance supervision, proper delegation of work among employees and communication with other departments.
While working for ING I have taken part in many large-scale projects, including the transition to registration of operations according to new CBR rules.
I enjoy holding a managing position; I am contented with my team and happy that I have succeeded in setting up the standards such as democracy, mutual understanding and cooperation that are dwelling in our department.
If someone who wants to become a manager asks me for advice I would recommend this person to work diligently, grow professionally, be courteous while communicating with colleagues and have enormous desire to achieve highest possible work results.
