I graduated from Moscow Engineer Physical University in 2008.
While studying I started working for ING Commercial Banking. The reason I applied to ING is the impeccable reputation of the company and its strong position on the market. I find that a job in the financial markets division where I would fulfill the unique investment needs of clients would provide me with the maximum satisfaction of self-expression.
In my everyday life I communicate with clients, make FX and MM deals with them, propose solutions to their cases and provide them with market data. Also, I process documentation in terms of deals. The last outstanding project was a complicated deal on Forward knock-outs, where my colleagues and I had to solve a great number of questions. The responsibility was very high and we had to settle everything in a small period of time. Fortunately, we have made everything with flying colours.
The biggest challenge in my work is that there is no similar case, each client needs his unique approach and solution and I have to be flexible here, what is very important due to high competition among banks for clients. What I like the most is new situations I am facing every day, sometimes really challenging, and I have to cope with them, be competitive and show best results.
