Business Analyst, IT applications
I graduated from the faculty of computational mathematics and cybernetics, Moscow State University and at the moment I am working on my master thesis at Moscow State University, faculty of Public Administration.
After graduation, I was looking for a job in a big international company with good career and professional opportunities.
Most of all I wanted to work with an automation of business processes with web technologies usage. In 2007 I started working for ING in Russia as a business analyst in IT applications department and I was amazed to find out that all IT services at ING are built according to the best practices of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library).
I have recently been assigned for a big project - I'm the system architect responsible for the first pilot project of internal paper flow automation. Before this project I was responsible for support and development of ING Intranet in Russia.
I enjoy being involved in many projects, to discuss them with many people from different ING branches, to help employees make their job easier, faster and more secure with new IT applications.
