Genechko Andrey
Position keeper, Financial Markets
I graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, as well as Business School affiliated with Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology where I studied applied physics, mathematics and also strategic and innovation management.
I joined ING Commercial Banking in April 2008. ING is a global financial insitute, one of the world leaders in the banking sector.
As to my day-to-day duties of position keeper, I maitain up-to-date and reliable data in different information systems; monitoring of nostro accounts and currency positions of the bank; making a daily Financial Markets report, etc. Based upon this data I provide traders make their business decisions.
On the one hand, my job gives me an opportunity to get an overall idea how ING operates in general and how certain departments function. On the other hand, job extends my knowledge of how global financial system operates. At the same time such skills as time management, team work, the ability to make quick decisions, work a lot and under pressure are developed.
Being with ING is a perfect opportunity to be always on top of business events, work with global scale specialists, learn from them.
